ケンジ：やぁ、ジム。君のパソコンの画面にあるのは何？
ジム：オープンしたばかりのわが社のオンラインショップだよ。
ケンジ：もう稼働しているの？
ジム：うん、まだ、できたてだよ。さ、見てみて。

Kenji: Hi, Jim. What's on your PC?
Jim: Our online store just opened.
Kenji: Is it already up and running?
Jim: Yeah, still hot from the oven. Here, have a look.

ケンジ：わぁ、すごい！　どういう仕組みなの？
ジム：教えるよ。ページを下に行くと・・・あぁ、またか！
ケンジ：どうしたの？
ジム：固まった。こうなるのって、本当に嫌なもんだよ。
ケンジ：みせて・・・ハードディスクの問題だと思うな。変な音がしている。

Kenji: Wow, this is great! How does it work?
Jim: Let me show you. Just go down the page and ... Oh, not again!
Kenji: What's the matter?
Jim: It froze up. I hate it when this happens.
Kenji: Let me see ... I figure it's the hard disk. It's making a funny noise.

ジム：直せる？
ケンジ：うーん、わからないけど、やるだけやってみるよ。
ジム：ありがとう、ケンジ。一つ借りができたね。
ケンジ：いいよ。とにかく、できたら、ディスクのデータを全部バックアップしておいたほうがいいね、念のため。

Jim: Can you fix it?
Kenji: Well, I'm not sure if I can, but I'll see what I can do.
Jim: Thanks, Kenji. I owe you one.
Kenji: Sure. Anyway, if you can, you should back up all data on the disk just in case.
